I found some stuff this weekend called Blue Magic metal polish. I got it at 
Kmart. It's decently cheap, and it had worked like, well, magic on mine. You 
can tell a supreme difference between the panels I've done and not done. I 
would also suggest a buffer, because it makes life a lot easier. They also 
make a wheel cleaner, and it's also just as incredible.
