[DML] wheels

ok, are the wheels powder coated? the reason I ask...this guy came up
to me the other day and looked at my wheels and said "Ya know, you can
make your wheels look brand new if you just used a product called
'Quick Silver' by Armoral" My wheels have seen there better days. The
"coating" has chipped off in places. Now my question is...is this guy
right? I don't think he is,, but I'd still like to know for sure
