[DML] VIN to chassis number cross reference sought

I don't care when the car was built...

I am looking for a cross reference between VIN and chassis number,
engine 
number, tranny number, etc. How else to know if the car is built from
the same parts it left the factory with :-)

I.E. This VIN has this chassis number.
This VIN has this engine number or this engine number goes with this
chassis
and hence this VIN...

If anyone knows where to find this info or who might have it, I'd
really like to know.

Shop manual and label location. HA! Have a look at your manual and then
see if the label is where the manual says it is.
