[DML] antenna problem

hello all, i seem to have a problem w/ my radio antenna. it is the rear 
type. it has worked fine over the past 1 1/2 years or so that i have had the 
car (now with 8300 miles). it just stopped working and i found that the 
inline fuse, going to the relay, just died. i thought that the mast was 
dirty or in need of lube, so i cleaned it and put some light lube on it. i 
then replaced the fuse and it seemed to work fine. tonite, on my way home, 
it didnt come up when i turned on the radio. anyone have any advise???
