[DML] Craig Radio Manual

I have been searching all the DeLorean websites, but haven't still found a 
place where I can download the Craig Radio Manual. The best thing would be 
an Adobe Acrobat/*.pdf-file. But scanned pages would also be great! Can 
someone on the list please help me?
