[DML] Fuel line mist & $0.00 part question - please look!

I was under the car tonight and noticedgas misting out small pinhole perferations in the metal tube that connects to the fuel filter (the holes are about 3" in front of the fuel filter). 

 

When I went to the DMC-Houston site - the part number doesn't have a price (Part #106989)....does this mean they don't stock it? or is it a generic item I can pick up at an automotive store.
