This is one of the kits I had a custom model builder make about 3-4 years 
ago for me. I had a guy who does custom resin work make some molds and we 
were able to produce 25 kits before the molds gave out. The kits were 
composed of a stock Delorean body, engine cover, louvers and dash. When 
combined with a BTTF kit, you could build a 1/24 scale model of the Delorean 
in stock trim. These kits cost $40 each to make, so when you combine that 
with the BTTF kit, I'd say the $70 bid on e-bay is a pretty fair deal.
