yes, I saw these the other day too. I didn't want my first post to this 
list to be a negative one, but what the heck... Personally, I was not 
impressed at all. Very simple and overwieght typographic treatment with 
cheese-o-la lens flair effects straight out of the box. I guess I 
expected a little more from John D. My appologies if the person who did 
this site is on this list, but I call 'em as I see 'em. I hope this site 
is no reflection on how the new car is going to turn out. All glitz and 
no substance...

Can I help it if I'm a graphic design professor?


On a lighter note:

Kudos to all the people on this list who have offered advice and 
opinions. This list has convinced me that there is a great community to 
rely on and I have decided to buy a D after years of internal debate 
after being on this list only 2 months. 

I'm looking for one in the $12k range if anyone has any ideas...
