[DML] Repair questions

Im thinking of buying an 81 dmc with 48 miles that was rebuilt in 91 at
delorean one, there are a couple things wrong with the car and i
wanted some advice of the cost of repair and what the problems could
really be.

1. Air Condtioning

It blows hot air out, the seller says all it needs is freeon?

2. passenger window goes up and down but is off the track.

3. Steering when you turn the wheel it has a "notchy" feel to it, again
the seller says it just needs a minor piece.

4. Master cyclinder was replace but he says the cluth could use some
tweaking.


I live in the Washington DC area, i know of pj's in new york but im
wondering if anyone knows of a place here in dc that is somewhat dmc
savy. Thanks for your advice!!
