I not only own a D, but I also own a bookstore. So, first, let me get this
off my chest: Borders CAN get it and Amazon CAN get it - - they don't want
to. It isn't cost effective. That's the way the big chains operate.

Go to your local independent bookstore and ask for an "out of print" book
search - and give them the title. The search costs nothing (occasionally
you'll find a store that charges $1 for the service). When they locate a
copy they will inform you as to condition and cost. Then, it's up to you.
