Ulli,

The DeLoreans also had a Ducillier alternator but it was replaced by the more 
powerful and reliable Motorola. You can still get either alternator from one 
of the DeLorean parts suppliers. Give PJ Grady, DMC Houston, or DeLorean One 
a call. I'm sure any one of them would be glad to hook you up with a new 
alternator.
