[DML] Stiff Clutch Pressure Plate?

Hi

I'm new to the list and I have just purchased a 81, 5 speed, Vin 02514.

The car shifts fine but the clutch pedal is EXTREMELY stiff. I've
been looking at the achieves and it sound like my Pressure plate is
bad? What should I look at replacing and what type of repair shop
should I take it too?
