Since all the doors are the same and were dressed on a separate assembly
line, I'd guess something happened occasionally that upset the scheduling of
the the doors so their arrival at the marriage point with the body didn't
always happen as planned. Perhaps some of the doors were routinely pulled at
the quality assurance centers and randomly reinstalled. I'm sure it's
nothing more interesting that one of these scenarios.
