Josh,
The GVW is the weight of the car plus (payload) what the manufacturer
considers as the maximum additional weight load i.e.: passengers, luggage,
etc. (GVW minus curb weight equals payload) Therefore
the 468 pounds would mean 2 passengers at 200 lb. and 68 lb. of luggage.
