[DML] Re: Locked out of trunk !

I had a similar problem- my latch clip fell off the pin holding the cable to 
the trunk latch. I obtained a flathead screwdriver (~6" long), & came in 
from the windshield side, moving the latch out of the way (toward pass. 
side). Had trunk open in <10 min.! Reattached clip & also attached aux. 
cable. No problems since. Robert VIN 6924
