[DML] cutting out ?

After I bought my D, it started running real rough and would cut out when I accelerated, so I took it in for a tune-up. After that it ran fine for about 2-3 weeks, now it is starting to cut out more and more whenever I accelerate. Could this problem be related to the tune-up I just had or could this be something else.
