Michel,

You can't find a tire shop in INDIANAPOLIS (in the shadow of
the Speedway) that doesn't know about on-the-car spin
balancing?

Look for a shop that sells racing tires. Look for a shop
that advertises 'serving the tri-county area since 1948'
Look for a shop that is not a company outlet for
Goodrich/Goodyear/etc. Talk to the old guy working there.

The on-the-car balancing machine looks like a hydraulic
floor jack with a wide roller at the end opposite the
handle. Most of the ones I have seen are red. It can only
be used on the front wheels, since they are the only ones
that spin independently.
