Re various electronic problems we have with our D's, I have worked
with electronics all my life and have found that I can fix about 95 per cent of
the problems by resoldering a PC Board that might be in question. I
don't know if this would work
with the tail light boards or not as I have never looked at
mine. So much of the time the little wire going thru the hole has
come unsoldered,or has a high resistance connection, although it LOOKS
perfectly okay. I just touch a fine tipped solder iron lightly to that
spot until the solder remelts again and the wire is reheated too, but not
enough to burn anything.
