For your trunk cable use - Bicycle Rear Brake Inner Wire 1.2mm w/teflon coating from your local bicycle shop. DeLorean World Winter 1998 page 11 shows the backup rig for the trunk and engine compartment. Don't forget to grease the latch.

> The luggage compartment cable broke yesterday. Fortunately the latch was stuck in the open position (lucky, lucky, lucky!). I was surprised that the actuating wire is a single strand of wire instead of a multi-strand cable. Is this right or has this part been replaced by a non-std item?
