[DML] fuel pump/ lambda

My car wouldn't start for a couple days, today I finally got to look under
the dash (now I know where the inertia switch is!), but that wasn't it. Got
the book back out and checked the fuse for fuel pump/lambda, it was toasted!
One side had actually melted a bit. When started the "lambda" light never
comes on, could there be a problem here that i need to look for?
Also my fan blower still doesn't work (help, it's hot weather!), and I need
a window switch. Anybody have one for sale? Thanks!
