Yes, the Sylvania halogens were factory installed.
All DeLoreans were shipped with a license plate bracket for mounting a
front plate. This bracket did require three holes to be drilled into the
front bumper to
accommodate fasteners for the plate bracket. There is a stainless steel
after market bracket that does not require any drilling. It is available
from some DeLorean parts suppliers. DeLorean One stocks this item as
D100110 in stainless. PJ Grady also has one in black.
