[DML] Tool kit/jack

I finally got around to taking my jack out of it's compartment for the first time and realized that I only have the jack part, not the crank that makes it go up and down. What exactly came with the car in the "tool kit"? Where can I find a handle? Is there an aftermarket jack kit available that would work and fit into the space behind the grill? I'm used to American style jacks that click up and down. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Fil Vigil.
