There's lots of guys who are capable of doing the work, but they don't see
it as a priority and will let the car sit for months and do nothing to it.

I used EuRover to do some work on my car but it took him 3 months just to
set the fuel/air mixture.

There's Euro-Car Specialists on Poinsett highway that works on DeLoreans. I
talked to them about fixing my head after I pierced the water jacket, but
they wouldn't take the job until their slow season (Fall). I ended up doing
it myself.

I would recommend just hit a few European car specialists and talk to them
about your car and see what they think.
