Sounds like there is a power distribution problem from the fuse. Is 
the fuse powered? You will probably get a solution quickest by 
beginning a point-to-point test along the power distribution 
connections and then the grounds. Start at the source - the battery -
 and begin testing along the distribution wires for the break.
