[DML] Cool face and hot feet

I noticed this again today... the mode switch was set on Vent, fan speed
on 4 and the temp was all the way to the cool side. Typical cool air was
coming through the vents, but my I could feel heat blowing on my feet. Any
idea why this would be? Is this the heat from the radiator being vented
into the car? If so, is there a way to only use top vents when on "Vent"
mode?
