[DML] Part # For Tilt Steering adjustment knob/bolt?

I want to replace the plastic knob you tighten to lock the tilt steering. I am not sure if it is just a knob or the plastic is on the bolt. (Haven't taken it apart yet) I cant find it in any of the parts listings at DMCH.. Anyone know the part number?
