Here is a list of areas to look at: Water pump bearings Idler pulley bearings Clutch throw-out bearing You can use a mechanic's stethescope to narrow it down. You can also spray lubricant at the suspected bearing and see if that changes the sound. You can also try running the motor for a short time without the belts and see if that makes a difference.
