Greg,

Go back to the resistor group terminal block (N:08:04 Fig. 37) at the blower
and check to see if you have 12 volts at the Pink/Red wire. If you detect no
voltage than the problem is between the fan speed switch and resistor group.
(Reference Workshop manual M:18:19)
