3 are deserved.
Only 1 of your 4 examples are stupid excuses... the other 3, traffic LAWS were
broken.
Most of the time "the man" is enforcing the law, not bringing us down.

You will find that you will be harrassed quite a bit in this car,
I get pulled over all the time for stupid exuses, here are a few recent
ones:
* Didn't stop behind the white line at a stop sign
* Pulled into the farthest lane in a left hand turn (instead of the lane
closest)
* Thought the car was "stolen" because he thought there was only one in a
museum.
* Going 106 MPH in a 65..... okay, I deserved that one!
Happens all the time, get used to it.
