[DML] Mid-Atlantic Club Fall Tour V - Recap

Well..this weekends Fall Tour V event went great!  Special thanks to
everyone who helped put the event together, contributed raffel prizes,
and everyone who atteneded!

We had 19 cars show up this weekend for the event, and the weather held
out great for us!
