I went with OEM and they work fine. You might want to check your rotors for glazing. If you can see your reflection in the rotor, they are probably what's causing the squeaking. Case in point: I rebuilt my entire brake system but didn't have the rear rotors turned like I did the front. Now the rear brakes squeal with new pads.
