This can be done through intuitive searching. I could easily setup
some pre-defined searches for certain issues once I get the search
engine online. I'll keep this in mind, it could help those who aren't
used to defining search parameters (although usually it's as simple as
typing a keyword in and hitting search, more complex searches such as
"AC or 'air condition*' or 'compressor' or 'R12' or 'R-12' or 'R134'
or 'R-134'" might be nice to pre-define for people, assuming I can
find a search engine powerful enough to handle this).
