Ryan....It sure looks like it. There's a tit on each end that you need to cut off if you don't want to drill holes in the louvers. Then clean the area where you are going to mount it and use peel and stick velcro. Works well and is invisible, removeable.

Looks like it. And only $50, with 86 available. If this is the right
light, I'm going to buy one today. That's cheap for such a nice
looking light, assuming it's the same one.
