The difference is Fram does not make a filter that is exactly for the 
DeLorean application due to the side-mount design.  I work in the industry and talked 
to a FRAM application technician and this is FACT.  if the filter were 
mounted upside down (hanging down) it would be ok. the main difference is in the 
anti-drain back valve design (or lack of).
