[DML] Inspection sucess

Hey all,


Looks like the Delorean is good to go for another two
years.  It passed the full inspection including
emissions without any problems, abeit alot of
questions.

Now it is safe to start up on some last projects
before the winter comes.

Just for those who wish to know, here are the
highlights of the emmissions test.  Any thoughts

   CO Percent       ---        0.300      0.005

Lambda Measure      0.970      1.030      1.016
