[DML] 140 mph speedometer question

Does anyone know of a good store/website to get the 140 mph mod for 
the speedometer at a relatively fair price? And is it the whole 
assembly or just the faceplate? I can probably have my cousin 
calibrate it since we're related. Thanks! -John
