     I currently am dealing with the same problem on my 1970 GTO, the lamps come on for running lights, my hazard lights all work perfectly, but the turn signals dont seem to work at all.... im still tracing thru my wiring harness checking connections..., possibly could be a similar situation with bad wiring or connection, but if your hazard lights stopped working as well, the little box that controls the relay time for the blinkers might be shot causing the problems...  -Jeff
