Since the fuel system cleaner made a difference you might be on the right
track here. Also make sure you have good spark at those cylinders. If
there's no spark you will also get wet plugs. Make sure that there isn't gas
in your crankcase. Depending on how long this problem has existed you may
have washed down the cylinder walls in those two cylinders with gas. If the
oil level appears to have risen, and/or the oil smells like gas you better
change it. Hopefully you have not damaged the cylinder walls and/or rings
due to washing down the cylinders with gas.
