[DML] Manual Transmission fluid change

I'm in the process of changing the manual transmission fluid. Fortunately I 
remembered another post saying to verify you can remove the fill plug 
before the drain plug. Sure enough, the fill plug doesn't want to move. And 
before anybody asks, yes I soaked it for days in liquid wrench. I don't 
want to take a torch to it as I've never done that before nor do I know how 
well the tranny will take the heat.

Since I just removed the backup light switch for replacement, is it 
possible to fill the transmission with fluid through that hole? I'm not at 
all familiar with the Renault 5-speed, so I don't know if that hole is 
somehow closed off from the rest of the tranny.
