This is not the first time I've heard of people putting dings in 
their doors from the upgraded window motors.  Maybe this will help.  
I've got both of mine upgraded, and no dings whatsoever.  

Install your window motors like this:

(this is a driver's side door)

and you will have no dings to worry about!
