Are you sure that at some point you didn't accidentally reverse the vacuum 
lines for the distributor vacuum solenoid and the warm up regulator?That's 
what it sounds like. Why don't you just reverse the vac lines at those two 
devices? That's sure a lot less work than excavating that TVS!
