[DML] Pilot 25 and registration

I'm just now catching up on 4 or 5 days of postings, but I do have a 
question.  Someone asked if it was difficult to register the car due 
to the vin, or lack of it.  I gotta ask the owner... on pilot #20, 
there is a full vin #...  on this #25, all it says is Pilot 25, 
according to the pictures.  Is this just the cool vin plate, or does 
the other location have the full SCD... vin?  I wouldnt imagine its 
possible to registure a car with vin PILOT 25.
