Check the vacuum hose and pipe that goes to the vacuum modulater,
maybe when you lowered the car somehow you knocked something loose? I
would look for a vacuum leak somewhere. You said you worked on the
brakes, exactly what did you do? Check out the vacuum hose to the
booster, maybe it has a hole in it.
