The material in the vin list comes from many different sources and 
is contributed by several different sleuths out there.

The note you refer to is likely as a result of the VIN having been 
discovered as a result of an e-bay listing at some point. I'm 
striving to scrub the material contributed by other sources to 
ensure the notes assoicated with them have longevity and apply 
regardless of how old the entry is, but the entry you cite had not 
been scrubbed yet.
