[DML] Head bolts and coolant

Here is a question that I hate to ask because I'm afraid of the 
answer.  After installing new head gaskets, warming the engine, and 
proceeding to the retightening procedure I observed the following.  
When I loosened the head bolts on the drivers side (specifically the 
center 4) coolant seeped up the bolt passage and onto the top of the 
head.  Obviously my question is, "Is this normal for a DeLorean?"  
If the head bolts are open to a passage or are the DeLorean head 
bolt supposed to be blind holes?  All replies/suggestions are 
welcome!
