Reminds me of the time I was on the phone with the previous owner of my car, and when I asked him about frame rust, he replied with "I believe the frame to be very solid." This of course meant, 2 rusted out holes in the rear crossmember, rusted sway bar, control arms, motor mounts, transmission mounts, fuel tank plate, trailing arm bolts, and just about every other steel bracket and bolt on the car. Be sure when buying a DeLorean, that only answer you accept from the previous owner is "Yes, the frame has no rust and I will put in writing that I will fix every last bit of rust on the car free of charge if you find any." Or of course, see it with your own eyes. Matt #1604 --- In dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "John Hervey" <john@xxxx> wrote: > Group, I just had a person in Ohio call about 2 Deloreans he has for > sale.
