FINALLY..One I know

You can get it from Snap On.  It is part number PPM410A (Pipe Plug 
External, 5/16")and runs about $10.40.  But see if you have a local 
Snap On truck in your area, because snapon.com's shipping is almost 
as much as the part itself ($8.95)
