[DML] Where does this screw go in the rear armrest panel?

I have a screw hole in the back of my rear armrest trim panel (the 
one the seatbelt goes through).  The problem is, I can't find where 
I screw it into the body of the car????   I looked all over the 
fiberglass part behind the seatbelt area, near the engine 
compartment release, and no luck.  Anyone know where it's at?
