Drill them and tap them to 5/16". Just be careful to not drill into 
the steering column. The original size is about 8 mm and the normal 
puller kits don't have it. I made some long 8 mm screws and they 
stripped out anyway. After tapping them out to something a little 
meatier it went fine.
