[DML] Relay/Fuse Upgrade

This week I saw a package for a complete Relay Kit with all Relays 
and fuses advertised on E-Bay.  They were all Bosch Relays.
The price is $189.00 "buy it now" price.  This is substantially less 
money than the Delorean Motor Company Kit.  Does anybody know 
anything about this?
